Home Sale update
This morning I read that quarterly home sales are soaring in Rockland, Putnam and Westchester. I’m not sure I agree with that statement that sales are “soaring”, I think we need to see what happens in the third quarter to accurately proclaim that we are in the beginnings of a true recovery in our local housing market.
