Meet Angela

Angela Fish Chan and The Rockland Real Estate Team are equipped to serve you with all of your real estate needs in Rockland County.  Whether youre buying or selling a home, townhouse, condo or co-op, our expertise and care will provide you with the experience youve come to expect in a traditional brokerage coupled with the exciting technology tools of today.

Angela Fish Chan, Rockland County Real Estates Broker/owner was raised in the Upstate Region of N.Y.  She is the second oldest of eight children, brought up with a sound work ethic and a passion for music instilled by her parents.  As a young adult Angela relocated to Virginia, and after formal schooling she began her real estate career.  Angelas business career has spanned three decades and three different market areas, namely, Virginia, Upstate New York and most recently Rockland.  Angela was one of the first agents with a web presence in Rockland, and has built upon her internet knowledge consistently.  Although Angela was a top producer (and award winner) with other firms, her goal was to one day open her own brokerage.  That goal became a reality in 2001 when Angela formed Morning Glory Realty, LLC, known in the county for their exquisite georgia OKeeffe looking signage and logo.  In late 2007 the firm transitioned to what is now Rockland County Real Estate, LLC, carrying with it that stunning blue Morning Glory Flower that so perfectly communicates the natural beauty of Rockland. 

Angela currently resides in Rockland County with her husband Dr. Pard Chan, a local optometrist. 

˜I am blessed ¦ I am a loved woman with a husband who loves God and reflects that love back to me.  Dr. Chan is also a fully licensed real estate agent.  He does not actively list and sell, but is there in a pinch to help Angela when her appointment book becomes too full.

˜Along with three beautiful (now grown) children; Stephen, Serena and Brianne, one of our passions is music.  The Chans are well known in the county for their love of sacred music and jazz standards.  They also have a small band that frequently plays for dinner dances, charities and private parties.
