A wanted to add a personal note about this complex. Years ago I remember this development being constructed. I gave a big yawn, but I took a listing there and was pleasantly surprised at how well the complex was managed. The units are well laid out and it seems like a great place to live. There are not a lot of frills but (unless something drastically changes) you'll be pleasantly surprised I think.
